Lamp Show

The annual neighborhood lamp show by interior designer and lamp re-creator Mary Van Vliet of Olive Design will take place this Sunday, June 13, between 1 and 5pm at 209 Westminster Road (just off corner with Beverley).
Why you should go? Well, Mary has been giving a second life to lamps, all shapes, sizes and periods for a good few years now, and has amassed quite the collection. There is almost certainly something in her studio for every odd corner you may have been trying to light up, even if not displayed in her home. Just ask her.
Have a lamp shade that needs a base? Have a base that needs a lamp shade? Picked up that chandelier at the yard sale and need it rewired, cleaned and repaired? Call Mary, she’ll most likely be able to help you out.
