Moby-Dick Film Competition

Monday, December 5th, 2011

Neighbor Patrick Shea, who recently finished recording a song for each chapter of the Herman Melville classic Moby-Dick his website Call Me Ishmael, has a residency at Pianos for the month of March. The last night of the residency (Thursday, March 29) will be Film Night–they’ll show films about Moby-Dick–made by you!–from 7:00-8:00 before the music starts at 8:15.

Details from Patrick:

This is an open call to anyone who would like to make a film about Moby-Dick. Your film can be related to Call Me Ishmael songs (i.e.; a music video or a filmic representation of a song) or not–feel free to do whatever you want, as long as it’s about Moby-Dick.
