    Wow- this is right downstairs from us, literally, and honestly, what amazing neighbors, not a peep. You would not know that there is construction going on at all.

    That said, with a dog and a 2 yo, we don’t really sleep in much, so- good coffee is something we’re really looking forward to. Rock on, Madeline! We’re ready for you.
