		<description>This is really exciting news..  I remember walking by that place 2 years ago and thinking how awesome it would be if someone revamped it.  It&#039;s such a shame when beautiful architecture like that goes by the wayside.  And thankfully it didn&#039;t get ripped down for a condo.</description>
