That is Raul, and he is a wonderful waiter and a wonderful person! Great Picture! He has been a “fixture” at George’s for the last 30 or so years!

It’s not the prettiest place but I’m a big fan of the folks at George’s. I’m a fan of being able to get souvlaki platter in the neighborhood at ungodly hours, too. Raul also works the voting booth for my district. He’s a really sweet guy. Great pic.

I agree with Matt – I love George’s; the staff are sweet and friendly, good diner food, etc., but I have to say I think it needs more than just a spring cleaning….

Hi, I’m glad you all like this photo! When I asked Raul if I could take his picture he said sure, and acted very flattered. This was the first and best shot because after this he began to pose! I think maybe he was meant to be a model?

This IS a great photo.
And george’s, though not technically “great” even in the context of diners, make a banging grilled cheese. No better place to be at 2:00 am.
