FDC is incredibly supportive and helpful to residents in the neighborhood. While my building isn't nearly as bad, Aga and FDC has helped the tenants in the building to bring the building up to code and livable for everyone. Despite all of the threats of lawsuits and fines, though, our landlord continues to do the absolute minimum and little has changed.
