That’s a monk fish, right? At the “flying fish” market at Seattle’s Pike Place Market, they would attach a string to the mouth and when little kids would walk by… the fish (at eye level for the kids) would chomp it’s teeth (sort of) Funny reactions!!

Yep, a Monk fish pretty ugly but considered the poor mans lobster very good eating.
